General Terms & Conditions Are As Follows:

Eligibility: Users must be capable of forming legally binding contracts (18+ years old in India).
Platform Role: Meshri provides a platform; the actual sale contract is between the buyer and seller.
User Responsibility: Users are responsible for their account security.
Delivery Time: Product usually deliver in 4-5 days, might take 7-10 days as well.
Gift Note: Any kind of foul language is disallowed and customer will be held responsible for user action.
Account Deletion: In case of harassment or foul language meshri.in may delete/ban your account permanently.
Offers/Coupons: It has time limit and may have expiry dates. 2 or more offers cannot be clubbed together.

Return and Refund policy consists:

How to initiate a return- Make a video while opening delivered product and damage or wrong product must be seen in that video.

How to contact customer service- E- Mail video along with return or exchange request at support@meshri.in

Terms of refund- Refund only if damaged product is delivered and an email have sent attaching video and product have returned

Duration- within 7 days of email sent requesting refund

Payment details- your bank account details must be written in email if asked.
